Angela Neal

President

Angela is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, marketing, and design. Her career began at NASA, where she developed trajectories for Shuttle Missions with 100% accuracy in Ascent Flight Design and Dynamics, before consulting for Fortune 500 companies to optimize e-commerce, marketing, and analytics strategies. In 2003, she founded Just The Heart, LLC, an award-winning firm known for delivering brand strategies and measurable results with 99% of clients coming by referral. As President of AMA DFW (2020–2022), she became the organization’s first Black President, led a major transformation, and launched a Community Engagement Initiative supporting small to medium businesses and small non-profits in the DFW area impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In recognition of her many contributions, Angela was named a finalist for the AMA National Volunteer Award in 2022. Angela enjoys speaking on diverse topics, offering lessons learned and practical strategies for achieving goals. She is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Texas at Dallas, and holds degrees in Mathematics (B.S., M.S.), an Executive MBA, and a BFA in Graphic Design.

Maria Gomez Albrecht

President Elect

Maria Gomez Albrecht is an accomplished global marketer with 30+ years of experience in diverse industries. Her specialties include strategic planning, project management, brand and digital marketing, and multicultural marketing. Thanks to her multilanguage skills, she has launched campaigns worldwide in five languages. She is also four-time award-winning business professor at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). Her latest academic textbook is Principles of Marketing, which features a chapter dedicated to multicultural consumers. She holds two doctorates and multiple professional certifications in Marketing, Project Management, and Leadership. For community service, Maria also serves at other nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about learning, traveling, schnauzers, the Dallas Cowboys, and anything marketing

Shernay Wormley

Immediate Past President

Shernay Wormley is a creative-driven marketing leader that is results-oriented with over a decade of design, and marketing experience in education, non-profit, and community, and student engagement. Her love for technology, research, problem-solving, and working with various target audiences has allowed her versatile skill set to be utilized to enhance campaigns, programs, and services in the community with three of the largest establishments in Texas, Baylor Scott & White Health, SMU, and the Dallas College.

Louis A. Bergmann III

Treasurer

With more than 25 years of financial and management experience, Louis assists in the oversight of the financial operations of Moroch Partners. Louis’s responsibilities include management of the Financial Services team.

Stephanie Browder

EVP Marketer of the Year

Stephanie Browder is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth for Fortune 500 companies, founder-led brands, and private-equity-backed organizations. She currently serves as Head of Marketing for Brightmore Brands, where she leads the modernization and strategic evolution of a multi-banner thrift retail portfolio. Throughout her career, Stephanie has built and led successful marketing programs across CPG, food, and retail, including senior roles at Rä Foods and Avocados From Mexico. Her expertise spans brand strategy, digital transformation, consumer insights, integrated media, and experiential programs. She is known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver strong business results in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Stephanie holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BA in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State. She has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, and NYU. She is proud to serve on the AMA DFW Board as Executive Vice President for the Marketer of the Year Awards.

Becky Pulford

EVP Membership

Rebecca Pulford is a results-driven marketing professional with a strong track record of designing and executing successful marketing projects for diverse clients and target audiences. Through her work, she applies her love of creativity, and problem-solving working with a variety of clients. As a Marketing Analyst at PathLynks, she works on social media brand campaigns for corporations and individuals.

Kristian Bottini

EVP MarTech

Kristian Bottini, a Brazilian entrepreneur and tech aficionado, founded the innovative 270B agency in 2005. Known for pioneering strategies in the marketing sector, he has led his agency to global recognition with offices in Dallas and São Paulo. Awarded the “32 Under 32” for his early accomplishments, Kristian excels in transforming complex challenges into growth opportunities using advanced technology and strategic marketing. His leadership continues to drive success and inspire both his team and clients worldwide.

Tenille T. Terry

EVP Cocktails & Conversations

Tenille is an award-winning marketing communications professional with over 18 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, and operations. She currently serves as the USA Marketing Communications Business Partner for Exyte. She is working closely with senior leadership and global business units to develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategic plan to advance and broaden awareness of the Exyte brand in the region.

Courtney Davidson

EVP MENTORSHIP & PROTÉGÉS

Courtney Davidson is a strategy-driven marketing leader with a passion for using data, technology, and storytelling to elevate the customer experience. With expertise spanning marketing operations, analytics, and consumer behavior, she has supported transformation initiatives in both nonprofit and financial services organizations. Her love for research, problem-solving, and creating systems that empower people has shaped her ability to enhance campaigns, optimize workflows, and strengthen community engagement.

Rebecca Visconti

EVP of Executive Luncheons

With over 15 years of experience in Analytics and Marketing, Rebecca focuses on using data to drive strategy and operational excellence. As VP of Analytics at January Digital, she leads a team of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts, supporting a broad range of brands. Rebecca is passionate about mentoring others and also works as an adjunct professor at SMU. She is excited to serve on the AMA board and looks forward to sharing her passion for analytics and marketing with others.

Alok Jain

EVP Marketing & Communications

Alok Jain is a dynamic marketing professional with a strong background in retail, where he has successfully led CRM and marketing initiatives for industry leaders. With extensive experience at retailers like West Marine, Driven Brands, Visionworks, and Payless Shoe Source, Alok has driven customer engagement and loyalty through innovative, data-driven strategies. His expertise in omnichannel marketing and customer lifecycle management has consistently led to increased revenue and retention. Known for his leadership in cross-functional teams and creative problem-solving, Alok excels in transforming CRM performance while optimizing resources in fast-paced, customer-centric environments. Kelly Poquiz Burke

Kelly Poquiz Burke is an Executive Coach, Podcast Host, Speaker, and the Founder & CEO of Career Slay®. After beating breast cancer while pregnant during the pandemic in 2020, Kelly found purpose in motivating others to live their lives authentically. She launched Career Slay with the goal of helping high performers courageously develop their careers and become the fearless leaders they were meant to be. Prior to Career Slay, Kelly was an award-winning marketer with over a dozen years of experience building brands and leading Super Bowl campaigns for Avocados From Mexico, Frito-Lay, and Doritos. She has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, and is pursuing an ICF Associate Certified Coach credential.

Jerome Jones

EVP Community Engagement

Jerome is a seasoned Creative Director with over 20 years of experience working with top companies such as Tribal DDB, TMi, JCPenney, Xerox Business Services, American Airlines, and Atos IT Services. As a strategic marketer, he has crafted innovative strategies and executed large-scale, multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and consumer engagement. His passion is aligning creative vision with business objectives to produce impactful results. Inspired by the ever-evolving creative landscape and emerging technologies, Jerome also shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Dallas College School of Creative Arts Entertainment and Design. Jerome is a graduate of New York City College of Technology In his spare time, he enjoys painting and drawing in his home studio.
