Professional membership is for practitioners in the marketing industry. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News, one additional publication of your choice, and membership in a Special Interest Group of your choice.

Academic membership is for marketing educators. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News, one additional publication of your choice, and membership in a Special Interest Group of your choice.
Young Professional Membership is available for three years immediately following completion of an undergraduate degree. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News.
In 2010 the Marketing Association initiated a Group Membership Program to encourage companies to sponsor memberships for their employees. Companies that have at least four prospective members can benefit from the reduced membership fee and the professional development resources offered by AMA. Group memberswho pay for Professional Memberships at a reduced rate, will join as a group, and will have all benefits available to any professional member.
Collegiate membership is for full-time students only who are not employed full-time. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News (8 issues per year).
Doctoral Student Membership is for Doctoral Students. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News, one additional AMA publication of your choice, and membership in the Doctoral Student SIG.
