Headlining Honorees

Noelle LeVeaux is the Chief Marketing Officer for the North Texas FIFA World Cup 26™ Dallas Organizing Committee, where she leads strategic marketing efforts for one of the most globally anticipated sporting events of the decade. With more than 30 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, advertising, and communications, Noelle has held leadership roles including Group Publisher of D Magazine Partners and Chief Marketing Officer of Visit Dallas and Communities Foundation of Texas. Earlier in her career she launched the award-winning BIG Campaign to rebrand Dallas and has been recognized as a top travel marketer globally. She’s also a published author, nonprofit founder, and respected community leader who brings both creative vision and deep operational expertise to every initiative she leads.

Chris Bellinger is the Chief Creative Officer of PepsiCo Foods US and the company’s first executive to hold this role, leading its powerful in-house creative agency responsible for some of the most talked-about campaigns across PepsiCo’s iconic brands. Since joining PepsiCo in 2018, he has driven creative, social, and digital strategy that has elevated cultural relevance, pioneered new ways of telling brand stories, and delivered impactful work — including high-profile Super Bowl campaigns and breakthrough activations like Crash the Super Bowl and experiential launches tied to Cheetos and Doritos properties. His work has earned industry recognition and cemented his reputation as a creative leader who merges strategy, culture, and consumer insight at scale.
