As marketers, we recognize the importance of listening to our customers. Customers are not the only ones we need to listen to…we also need to listen to investors, partners, employees and various stakeholders. Many of whom are demanding that organizations demonstrate inclusion. While meaningful diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives start at the top, this luncheon conversation will help encourage DEI leadership practices you can implement today in your marketing that will help foster an inclusive workforce and ensure everyone feels seen and heard.
