Collin Colburn – Analyst on the B2C Marketing Team at Forrester
Collin is an analyst on the B2C marketing team. His research focuses on current and future trends in search and discovery marketing. He helps Forrester clients understand how consumers find brands and information and what strategies and technologies marketers can leverage to make themselves discoverable. His research topics include strategies for local marketing, innovations and best practices in search marketing, and how advertising affects consumer trust.
Prior to becoming an analyst, Collin spent three years supporting Forrester’s marketing leadership team. He fielded quantitative and qualitative surveys of marketing professionals and performed primary and secondary research for reports and consulting projects. Collin contributed to published research reports about digital media, programmatic technologies, email marketing, search marketing, and social marketing.
Collin holds a B.A. in economics from The Catholic University of America.
Crispin Reedy – Director of User Experience at Versay Solutions
Crispin Reedy is a Voice User Experience designer and usability professional with over 10 years of front-line design, speech usability, and tuning experience across a variety of industries, including financial, telecommunications, health care and transportation. She is interested helping teams make excellent design decisions and how we can best leverage real-world data to achieve those goals. She has previously spoken at SpeechTEK, UXPA International, Dallas Tech Fest, Dallas Startup Week and Big Design Conference, and is currently serving as President of the Association for Voice Interaction Design.
Crispin also teaches a course on Experience Design and Branding over Voice Enabled Devices at SMU.
Tobin Abraham – Sr. Product Manager @ TripCase (Sabre Corporation)
Tobin Abraham works as a senior product manager for the travel itinerary management app TripCase (part of Sabre Corporation). Working on a consumer-facing product, Tobin and his teammates iteratively build features across both desktop and mobile applications. His experience with voice UI stems from planning, developing, and deploying the TripCase Alexa Skill. Tobin follows Agile and Lean principles to rapidly prototype, build, test, and deploy software, allowing him to quickly collect user feedback to make decisions on priority and scope.
Tobin graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2013. His previous work experiences were in the worlds of corporate finance, as well as entrepreneurship. His long-term interests lie with using strategy and innovation to solve real-world problems and make processes more efficient.
Tobin is a car junkie, a life-long Cowboys, Mavericks, and Rangers fan, and a brisket and fried chicken aficionado.
