Susy Solis | President, Solis Media Strategies

Susy Solis has been helping people unleash their star power and communications skills since 2014 when she launched Solis Media Strategies after several years as a television reporter. Solis is a sought-after media coach who has trained dozens of municipalities, federal agencies, tech start-ups and Fortune 500 executives and their teams on how to effectively communicate in business, during presentations and on-camera.

Solis is a founding member of the Hey Chica Movement, a Latina Leadership summit and movement designed to bring women together for real conversations that enhance business, build a network and a strong sisterhood. Solis was named 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She was nominated for a Quality & Excellence Entrepreneur Award by the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and again in 2016. Most recently, Solis was honored as 40 Under 40 by the Dallas Business Journal.​

Solis spent 7 years as a reporter in Dallas, the nation’s 5th largest market, which allowed her to develop an extensive national network. Solis is a passionate communicator, whether it’s through journalism, writing, speaking, emceeing, teaching or social media. Solis is a fluent Spanish speaker and a die-hard sports fan. Her deep knowledge of the media and communication help her resonate with audiences of all kinds.

Trinidad Aguirre, MBA | CEO and Co-Founder of VF LLC

Trinidad is a United States Navy veteran with more than 23 years of leadership and management experience. He has worked with global senior leadership teams, from SMB to Fortune 500 corporations, to help bring the “art of possible” to life with strategic thinking, analytics, insights, and operational excellence.

Trinidad’s servant leadership approach has had a successful legacy of building, mentoring, and enabling teams to embrace data-driven strategies, innovate to build digital marketing solutions, and optimize performance to meet or exceed the business objective.

He currently mentors military veterans , consults on Hispanic marketing, and works on government contracts for the DOD and VA. He was awarded the Minority Business Leader Award by the Dallas Business Journal for his achievements in the business community. He has been featured on NBC, USA Today and NPR for his Hispanic marketing experience.

Trinidad spends most of his free time with his family spending his weekends supporting his son’s baseball team, taking the family camping, selling Girl Scout cookies, or doing some serious grilling with a frosty beverage.

Trinidad is the 1st Hispanic president for the American Marketing Association of DFW chapter.

Ivonne Kinser | CEO and Founder, Vantage Innovation Lab

Ivonne is a marketing powerhouse with over 20 years of experience driving innovation on both the brand and agency sides. Her work has won over 30 awards for creativity, performance, and innovation. Her remarkable marketing trajectory made her the first Latina to receive the DFW American Marketing Association’s Lifetime Achievement award. She is also a recipient of the Changing the Game Award from She Runs It and has been named to the ‘100 Most Influential Latinas in the U.S.’ list for two consecutive years. Currently, Ivonne leads Avocados From Mexico’s marketing and the innovation agenda of

the company, which earned it a spot on Fast Company’s list of Most Innovative Companies, ranking number one in the branding category.

Ivonne is the current EVP of the American Marketing Association Marketer of the Year event.

Moderator: Christina Miralla, Head of Digital Marketing, RQI Partners, Inc. | EVP Executive Luncheons

Trained digital news writer turned award-winning digital marketer with a knack for writing engaging copy. Day-to-day, Christina oversees digital marketing for the resuscitation division of the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical partnership. Christina joined as EVP of Executive Luncheons on the AMA DFW’s Board of Directors in February 2023.
