Jennifer Guibert, Senior Director of Insights, European Wax Center
Jennifer Guibert is the Senior Director of Insights at European Wax Center where she delivers key business-driving analytics. Jennifer is passionate about finding unique data-driven techniques to solving today’s complex business problems.
Since joining European Wax Center in 2020, Jennifer has designed and implemented EWC’s customer data foundation, research practices and EWC’s first 360-degree guest data platform critical in powering CRM activation, promotion optimization, and loyalty. Prior to EWC, Jennifer has held a variety of analytical roles including media measurement, digital analytics, customer loyalty, forecasting, and CRM.
When not leading problem-solving analytics; Jennifer enjoys cooking, books, and time outdoors with her husband and three dogs.

Tim is one of AMA DFW’s newest servant leader joining the AMA DFW Board of Directors in January 2023 as EVP, Executive Luncheons. He wanted to start to pass down his knowledge and introduce his network industry-leading marketing experts that exhibit both the breadth and depth we marketers are always looking for. Tim is also the founder of Phrasing, LLC, a creative digital marketing and branding company attentively delivering comprehensive digital marketing ecosystems and not just campaigns.
Tim’s track record as a forward-thinking, creative, marketing, and analytically competent leader spans multiple verticals ranging from education, lifestyle brands, event hospitality, and entertainment. He is an international speaker and has helped brands succeed all around the globe.
