November Luncheon 2019
November 20 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Personalization Strategies and Tactics
If you haven’t already started personalizing your content, messaging, experiences and offers for your customers you will soon. In an increasingly crowded field where customers and prospects are bombarded with messaging, a one size fits all doesn’t get the job done anymore. Consumers now expect that the brands they provide so much personal information and data to begin treating them like unique individuals with specific individual preferences. With an average increase of 20% in sales, it’s no wonder that 74% of marketers use targeted personalization for their messaging. Join us at the November luncheon to discuss:
- Technology considerations for personalization
- Putting the right processes in place and how to integrate IT and marketing
- The data required to do personalization well
- Challenges of personalizing at scale
- Privacy and compliance issues
