Sharlene started her career in marketing and corporate strategy and moved to focus on digital strategy and development over 16 years ago. This gives her a unique edge and universal perspective when it comes to understanding and translating marketing strategy to its digital components. She has launched award-winning corporate sites, created impactful platforms and applications, and built marketing automation systems. Her extensive experience includes working in a multitude of industries including hotel/hospitality, import/export, domestic manufacturing, staffing and now healthcare.
She has a BA in Business Administration from University of Texas-Dallas and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Chris Hansen is Sr. Director of Digital at TGI Fridays overseeing the complete digital technology experience including eCommerce, site and app development, build-out, and maintenance. His mission is to deliver an innovative end-to-end frictionless guest user experience to all guests of Fridays. Prior to TGI Fridays, Chris spent 18 years in a variety of industry and UX positions, focused on digital design, performance analytics, strategy & implementation, to drive consumer engagement and conversion. Abhi Vyas (https://www.linkedin.com/in/abhivyas/) is an digital marketing expert with a proven track record of driving results and delivering innovation in the mobile marketing arena. Abhi’s expertise is based on more than a decade of experience across all online marketing channels. He is a pioneer of SoLoMo (social, local and mobile) marketing strategy that represents the convergence of collaborative, location-based and on-the-go technologies, primarily used for marketing and discovery purposes.
At Verizon Wireless (https://www.verizonwireless.com), Abhi is managing Digital Marketing, Personalization, and Lead Generation to drive top, middle & lower funnel programs by using innovative web media intelligence, analytics, customer experience, behavioral targeting & marketing technologies to execute disruptive marketing strategies. Abhi also works as an adjunct instructor of Mobile Marketing – Tools, Tactics and Strategies at SMU. He is a co-organizer along with SMU CAPE of a Meetup group on Mobile Marketing & Strategy in Dallas.
He frequently speaks about the disruptive mobile technologies and how brands can use it to drive engagement and improve customer satisfaction. Vyas has several years of marketing and management experience at DexYP (former Dex Media) and Metromedia in various senior marketing management & leadership positions.
Renee Adams has over 20 years of experience in Marketing, specializing in CRM, Email and Loyalty Marketing. She has previously worked for PDI Software (owner of Fuel Rewards Loyalty Program), La Quinta Inns and Suites and Brinker International. At La Quinta Inns and Suites, she led the CRM Strategy for their loyalty program, La Quinta Returns. She currently is an Adjunct Professor at SMU Professional and Online School where she teaches Email Marketing. She is passionate about creating customer engagement and blending both left brain skills using analysis, data and technology platforms as well as right brain skills employing creativity and innovation. She is a 500 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor at YogaSport Dallas, located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. She teaches mindfulness and leads personal development workshops there as well.
