We’re excited to collaborate with the American Marketing Association – Dallas / Fort Worth Chapter (AMA DFW) to bring you the inaugural Martechify Design Workshop, “Connecting Customer Experiences: Advanced Campaign Architectures.”
This interactive session will focus on the strategies and technology required to design advanced campaign architectures that deliver more engaging customer journeys integrated across multiple channels. And importantly, the pivotal role marketing leaders play. Active participation and feedback will be encouraged.

AGENDA
8:30 to 9:00: Introduction — Campaign Challenges
Identify business leaders’ pain points regarding the lack of time and resources to dedicate to managing campaign tactics across multiple channels.
9:00 to 9:30: Campaign Architecture Sample Case and Design Thinking
The group will work together to construct a basic campaign architecture model as a solution to the challenges presented in a sample case scenario.
9:30 to 10:00: Discussion, Questions and Wrap Up
The group will share best practices on how to apply advanced campaign architecture design thinking across different industries.
